Offside Smoke focusses on smoked meat (Pork and Brisket); offering sandwiches, fries, poutines and fresh smash burgers. We use Prime beef for our smash burgers for the perfect smash! All sandwiches are made on garlic toasted pretzel buns, a match made in smoked meat heaven.
Randy & Colleen started Offside Smoke food truck in June 2025 with their flagship location (Canada’s Dinosaur Park), to share their love of BBQ & to offer their smokin’ good food to the people!
